This is the App Selection screen. Depending on your permissions (or your users' permissions) it's possible that not all apps will be visible.
eFax / SMS / My Extension
- This app contains what is referred to as "UCP Boxes" which allow users to access eFax, SMS conversations, their extension settings, and AnswerCare answering service configurations.
- This app is only visible if the user has one or more of the following permissions:
- UCP: Single Box on Container
- UCP: All Boxes on Container
- Admin: All tenants on Container

Phone System Admin
- This app contains the administration area for phone systems, where admins can manage call flows, IVR menus, pull reports, and listen to call recordings.
- This app is only visible if the user has one or more of the following permissions:
- Admin: Single Tenant on Container
- Admin: All Tenants on Container

User Management - Important: See this article
- This app contains a list of all users that you have visibility/control over, and allows you to add users.
- This app is only visible if the user has the following permission enabled:
- Can Manage Users
- Assuming the above permission flag is set, the app will only allow you to manage users that share the same permissions as you do.
- If the logged-in user only has access to a single tenant on a single container (Admin: Single Tenant on Container) they will not be able to see or add users.
- If the logged-in user has Admin access to ALL TENANTS on a container, they will be able to see/control users that also have Admin access to that container (even single-tenant users)
