If you're choosing to cancelled your account with PrimeVOX because we've either missed the mark on something or there's simply a feature you need, we urge to you to reach out to our support team to see if it's something we can remedy.
If you still wish to cancel your account, please send an email to our accounting team at accounting@primevox.net, from an email address we have on file, with the following information:
- Your Company Name
- Your account number (This should be listed on your bill)
- The date you would like services to end
If you are switching carriers and have phone numbers you plan to keep, please choose a service end date after your numbers are scheduled to port to your new provider. A port out will NOT cancel or remove any services automatically.
Please note: Our service agreements require a 30 day notice to cancel an account. Any charges accrued during this 30 day period are still due when stated.
