We're sorry to see you go! We strive to provide the best possible customer service and support to all of our customers. If you're choosing to cancel your account with PrimeVox because we've either missed the mark on something or there's a feature you need, we urge to you to reach out to our support team to see if it's something we can remedy.
If you are interested in porting your phone numbers to a new provider, there are a few important notes regarding porting and account closures you may want to know:
- Porting a number away from PrimeVox does not automatically cancel your account or reduce your services.
- Our service agreement requires 30 days' notice to cancel an account. Charges during that period are still due as stated.
- The porting process takes several days, so we strongly encourage selecting a final service date that allows ample time for your numbers to be fully ported.
If you'd still like to move forward with the account closure process, please fill out
this form. This form will also trigger the generation of your porting PIN, which can be used along with the account information on your most recent invoice to begin the transfer of your phone numbers to another carrier.
Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions; we’re here to support you however we can!
