Qvara: Adding and Managing a Customer

What is a Customer?

In Qvara, a customer is the foundation upon which a phone system is built. All phone numbers, extensions, and devices will not function unless they are assigned to a customer.

Creating A Customer

  1. Navigate to the Customer tab, and select the "create customer" button.
  2. Enter the customer's name, account/service type, and industry vertical, then select "submit."

Notice: the information entered here, as well as other customer details, can be changed at any time.

Additional Settings

Further details can be adjusted after the customer has been created by selecting the pencil icon to the right of the customer name on the customer management page.
  1. General tab: view account status, generate porting PIN, update the company name, service type and industry, and add tags.
  2. Data Retention tab: update the system data retention periods for digital faxes, call recordings, voicemail messages, and SMS messages.
  3. Advanced tab: update the call transcription engine, such as Sentiment Analysis, and view the container and tenant information for the customer.
  4. Disconnection tab: updates the service status for the customer (active or suspended).
Alert: There are additional fees associated with extending Data Retention periods and enabling Sentiment Analysis.
