Overview

This is the PBX Container selection screen. If your user only has access to a single tenant on a given container, they will simply see their Tenant Name (without the extra Customer and Label).

Allowing a user to manage UCP Boxes/Users

A user will only be able to manage the UCP Boxes on a container if they have permission to ALL TENANTS on a container. If they can only access specific tenants, they will have no ability to manage Users or UCP Boxes.

Here is an example: The user luke@primevox.net has access to ALL Tenants on container 999999.
