This is the PBX Container selection screen. If your user only has access to a single tenant on a given container, they will simply see their Tenant Name (without the extra Customer and Label).

Adding a new user to access a container/tenant

  1. In the User Management app, click "Add User"
  2. Give the user a Name, and Primary Email address to log in.
  3. Click "Submit" to continue to the next screen.
  4. Click the Permissions tab.
  5. Click "Add Admin Access"
  6. From the list of Containers, select which container you want to give them access to.
  7. Important! Before hitting Submit, double check the Multi-Tenancy dropdown. Do you want to give them access to ALL tenants? or a single tenant?
  8. Click Submit.
  9. If you are giving them access to individual tenants, the next screen will let you choose which ones.
  10. Once the permission is saved, click "Send Invitation" below to allow the user to set up their account.

Adding a container/tenant to an existing user account

  2. Click the Permissions tab.
  3. Click "Add Admin Access"
  4. From the list of Containers, select which container(s) you want to give them access to.
  5. Important! Before hitting Submit, double check the Multi-Tenancy dropdown. Do you want to give them access to ALL tenants? or a single tenant?
  6. Click Submit.
  7. If you are giving them access to individual tenants, the next screen will let you choose which ones.
  8. Now, when the user logs back in (or refreshes their page) they will see the new UCP Box.

Allowing a user to manage UCP Boxes/Users

  1. A user will only be able to manage the UCP Boxes on a container if they have permission to ALL TENANTS on a container. If they can only access specific tenants, they will have no ability to manage Users or UCP Boxes.

Here is an example: The user luke@primevox.net has access to ALL Tenants on container 999999.
