Qvara supports the customization of the platform’s name in various contexts:
Platform Naming Conventions
- Short Name
Where it appears: Email subject lines, browser title bars
Best practice: Keep this short and brand-recognizable (e.g., “MyCRM”)

- Legal Name
Where it appears: Footer of every page and emails
Best practice: This should be your full business legal name for compliance

Custom Domain Setup
Portal Domain
To point your custom domain to the Qvara platform:
1. Log into your domain registrar’s DNS settings.
2. Create a CNAME record with:
- Type: CNAME
- Name: (Your chosen subdomain, e.g., portal.yourdomain.com)
- Value: qvara.io
Email Domain Configuration
To send branded emails from your domain:

- Usage: Appears in browser tabs and bookmarks
- Format: .ico file
- Size: 32x32 pixels

💡 Tip: Use an online tool like favicon.io to convert PNG files to .ico.
WebApp Icon
- Usage: When the platform is saved to a user’s phone or tablet home screen
- Format: PNG
- Size: 192x192 pixels
Add Web Links
You can add up to 3 custom footer links to your platform interface. These could include:
- Your company website
- Support or documentation pages
- Social media or training portals
Customize the Login Marketing Page
Your login page can be personalized with:
- Title: Catchy headline or brand statement
- Picture: Transparent PNG image (e.g., mascot, dashboard preview)
- Informational Text: Short paragraph describing your platform benefits
- Link: Direct users to an external or internal page (e.g., learn more)
Submit and Verify
Once all customizations are prepared:
1. Submit your branding assets and DNS changes to your onboarding representative.
2. Verify domain and email configurations have propagated.
3. You will be given access to Qvara once all graphics and information has been uploaded.
