In some instances, depending on the network configuration, it may be necessary to disable LLDP and CDP to allow the device to connect to the PrimeVOX network.
To Disable LLDP:
1. From the phone, select "Menu"
2. Select Option 3 for "Settings"
3. Select Option 2 for "Advanced Settings"
Note: Please contact PrimeVOX support for the password.
4. Select Option 2 for "Network"
5. Select Option 6 for "LLDP"
6. Toggle the LLDP Status from Enabled>Disabled and select “Save”
Note: The Phone will now save the configuration. A reboot may be required after the configuration has been saved.
To Disable CDP:
1. From the phone, select "Menu"
2. Select Option 3 for "Settings"
3. Select Option 2 for "Advanced Settings"

4. Select Option 2 for "Network"
5. Select Option 7 for "CDP"
6. Toggle the CDP Status from Enabled>Disabled and select “Save”
Note: The Phone will now save the configuration. A reboot may be required after the configuration has been saved.
