Verizon Fios and Frontier use consumer-grade fiber optics to deliver services to their customers.

 Required Settings:

 - Disable SIP ALG (if possible).

 - Phones are highly recommended to use TCP instead of UDP.

 - If you have your own firewall, disable the entire Frontier/Fios firewall and use your own.
