Go High Level Integration
PrimeVox offers a native integration with your existing Go High Level (GHL) account, allowing your phone system activity and customer communications to remain synchronized between both platforms.
What Can This Integration Do?
The PrimeVox Go High Level integration provides several features, including:
- Two-way SMS synchronization between PrimeVox and Go High Level
- Automatic call transcription logging within Go High Level
- Voicemail and missed call activity logged to associated contacts in Go High Level
- Go High Level contact information display for incoming caller ID
Before You Start
Before setting up the integration, ensure that the following requirements have been met:
- You have an active Go High Level account
- Your phone numbers have been fully ported to PrimeVox
- Your phone numbers have completed SMS registration and are approved for messaging
- Your PrimeVox phone system is running on the Purple platform
- You have administrative access to your PrimeVox phone system
Initial Setup
- Log in to the PrimeVox Purple portal.
- From the menu on the left, navigate to System > Integrations.
- Select the Go High Level option from the list of native integrations.

- A redirection warning will appear. Select Connect to continue to the Go High Level portal.

- If you are not already logged in to Go High Level, enter your account credentials.
- Once logged in, you will be taken to the PrimeVox application page within Go High Level. Select Install.

- Choose the appropriate Go High Level location(s) that should have access to the integration.

- Select Continue, then choose Allow & Install.

- You will be redirected back to the PrimeVox Purple portal. The Go High Level integration will now appear in the Connected Apps section at the top of the page.

- Select the Go High Level integration itself, choose the PrimeVox phone number you would like to associate with this integration, and select Update.

- Repeat the previous step for each additional phone number or account that should have access to the integration.
- In a separate browser tab, return to the Go High Level portal.
- From the left-hand menu, navigate to Settings > Phone System, then Select the Additional Settings tab at the top.

- Confirm that "PrimeVox - Custom Provider" is highlighted, then click Save. Once saved, PrimeVox will be marked as your default phone provider.
Using the Integration
Sending and Receiving Text Messages in Go High Level
- In Go High Level, navigate to Contacts.
- Select the desired contact.

- Open or start a conversation with that contact.

All messages sent or received through either PrimeVox or Go High Level are automatically synchronized and will appear in both portals.
Viewing Call History and Transcriptions in Go High Level
- In Go High Level, navigate to Contacts.
- Select the desired contact.

- Open the Notes section to view call logs, voicemails, missed calls, and available call transcriptions.

- In the PrimeVox Purple portal, navigate to your Phone Numbers list.
- Select the phone number you would like to edit.

- Scroll to the bottom of the Call Flow tab.
- Set the Caller ID Source option to Go High Level.

- Select Update and apply your changes.
After enabling this option, compatible PrimeVox devices can display caller information pulled directly from your Go High Level contacts.
