Manually Provisioning a Fanvil IP Phone

Setting Up Your Fanvil Phone


1. Make sure your Fanvil phone is in a factory reset state. You can do this through the phone's GUI or through its web portal interface.

2. Log into the phone's web portal interface.
  1. Default username/password is admin/admin
3. Click "Auto Provision" at the top

4. In the "Static Provisioning Server" section, do the following:
  1. Set "Server Address" to the proper provisioning URL in the Cloud PBX "Provisioning" area
  2. Set "Protocol Type" to HTTP
  3. Set "Update Mode" to Update After Reboot
5. Click "Apply" down below to save

6. In the "AutoProvision Now" section, click "Auto Provision Now"

7. Let the phone reboot, upgrade, etc.
