My Phone did not update to Daylight Savings Time
Certain models of IP Phones may not update their time automatically after Daylight Savings. To update your phones time you may need to perform the following steps:
1. Power the phone off and back on.
2. If you have access your phone system's PBX admin portal, you can "Apply Changes" to the system.
Note: If you don't have any changes to make, you can get the "Apply Changes" button to show up by editing a feature, extension, etc. and pressing Submit without actually making a change.
After performing these steps, the phone's time should update. If not, please don't hesitate to reach out to PrimeVOX support at support@primevox.net or 972-600-1150, option 1.
