Example: A receptionist could use a page group to announce a visitor’s arrival to all staff in the front office area.
1. From the main menu on the left, navigate to: "UC Admin" → "Call Control Apps" → "Page Groups"2. Select the “+ Add Page Group” button in the upper-right corner.3. Complete the form with the following required information:
- Assigned Account: Select the account this page group belongs to. This field only appears if you have not already selected an account from the main dropdown at the top right of the page
- Label: Enter a name used for internal identification (e.g., “Front Office”, “All Staff”).
- Extension Number: Assign a 3-7 digit extension number that the system will use to identify this page group for call routing purposes.
4. Select “Add” in the lower-right to create the group.5. Once the page group is created, you’ll be redirected to a page where you can further customize it (refer to Step 3 in the Management section below).

- Extension Number & Dialing Address: How the page group is reached internally
- Members: Extensions that will receive the page

- Caller ID Prefix: Adds a prefix (e.g., “PAGE:”) to help recipients identify the call
- Skip Busy Extensions: Prevents paging to users currently on a call
- Duplex Audio: Allows two-way communication (like an intercom), rather than broadcast-only
- Pre-Paging Tone: Plays an alert tone before audio begins
- Record Calls: Automatically records the audio for review
- Webhooks: Notify external systems when a page is initiated
- Authorization PIN: Restrict who can activate the group by requiring a PIN

- Visualizes where the page group is referenced in the broader call flow, aiding with system design and troubleshooting.
