Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a product, we accept returns within thirty (30) days of purchase for a full refund, as long as the product:
a. Is in brand-new condition,
b. Includes all original packaging, and
c. Has no writing, markings, or shipping labels on the box.
If a return doesn’t meet all these conditions, PrimeVox may, at our discretion, approve or deny the return or issue a partial credit of the original purchase price.
Please note that return shipping costs are not covered by PrimeVox, and we do not provide prepaid return labels. All returns should be shipped to:

Special order items (products not typically stocked or ordered through our standard vendors) cannot be returned.
Warranty Replacements
PrimeVox follows each manufacturer’s warranty policies and timeframes for the products we sell. Most warranties last about one (1) year, though this can vary by manufacturer.
If a product is found to be defective and is still under warranty, we’ll do our best to replace it as quickly as possible. PrimeVox will provide a return shipping label for the defective item, which must be returned within thirty (30) days of being deemed defective.
In some cases, we may need to charge for the replacement upfront, then issue a credit once the defective product is received. If the defective item isn’t returned within thirty (30) days, the credit will not be applied.
Occasionally, a manufacturer may require that you contact them directly for warranty replacements. If that’s the case, we’ll let you know and guide you through the process.
