Text Messaging (SMS) and Picture Messaging (MMS)

Text messages (SMS) and picture messages (MMS) can be sent and received using the Cloud Softphone Mobile Application or by logging into your online User Control Panel (UCP) account. Most browsers are supported; however, we recommend using Google Chrome for optimal performance.

If you do not have a Cloud Softphone Mobile Application or have access to your online UCP account but are interested in Text and Picture Messaging, please contact PrimeVOX support at support@primevox.net to enable this feature.
