WHY DO I NEED TO REBOOT MY PHONE?
------------------------------------------------------------------------
The plain and simple fact is that 99% of all phone problems can be fixed by
REBOOTING YOUR PHONE.
How do I Reboot my phone?
Sometimes just pulling the power cord is sufficient to reboot your phone. However, to make sure that you phone does a full reboot, we recommend:
1. Place your finger over one of the Ethernet cords on the back of the phone case (to remember your place). With your other hand, remove the cable, wait 5 seconds, then replug the cable.
2. Do this again for any other Ethernet cables. (Do not unplug more than 1 cable at a time!)
3. Remove the power cable (if there is one), wait 5 seconds, then replug that cable.
You will know that your phone has rebooted if the screen goes black and it goes through a full boot-up process.
