How Do I Access Voicemail On My Desk Phone?


There are several ways to check your voicemail, depending on your device model:
  • Press the Voicemail Button
    • Look for a Message or Envelope icon on your phone. The location of this button may vary depending on the make and model of your device.
  • Use the Phone Menu
    • If your phone does not have a dedicated voicemail button, navigate through the menu and select “Messages.”
  • Dial *97
    • You can also access your voicemail by dialing *97 directly from your phone.

To access voicemail on your mobile app, dial *97
 


What Types Of Voicemail Greetings Are Available?


Your voicemail has three types of greetings:

  1. Unavailable Greeting: This is the greeting callers will hear if you are unable to answer an incoming call. It is the most common type of greeting.


  2. Name Greeting: This is a recording of your name that will be played in the company directory. If you have recorded a name greeting but not an unavailable greeting, the name greeting will play if you are unable to answer an incoming call.


  3. Temporary Greeting: This is also called a "Vacation Greeting." Once recorded, this greeting will play instead of your unavailable greeting. To return to your normal unavailable greeting, delete your temporary greeting. 



How Do I Record My Unavailable Greeting?


1. Access your voicemail using one of the two methods described above.

2. Press 0 to access your "Mailbox Options"

3. Press 1 to record your Unavailable Greeting

4. Simply follow the voice prompts from here!



How Do I Record My Name Greeting?


1. Access your voicemail using one of the two methods described above.

2. Press 0 to access your "Mailbox Options"

3. Press 3 to record your Name Greeting

4. Simply follow the voice prompts from here!



How Do I Record My Temporary Greeting?


1. Access your voicemail using one of the two methods described above.

2. Press 0 to access your "Mailbox Options"

3. Press 4 to record your Temporary Greeting

4. Simply follow the voice prompts from here!

Alert
Please note: this greeting will play instead of your unavailable greeting from the moment it is recorded until the moment it is deleted. To delete your temporary greeting, follow the same steps above.
