Star Codes

Star Codes

What is a Star Code?

Star codes are short number sequences (typically beginning with an asterisk * ) that users can dial from their phones to trigger specific call features or system functions, such as forwarding calls, checking voicemail, or activating call recording. These codes provide quick, customizable shortcuts to commonly used tools.

Example:
  1. Dialing *62 activates call forwarding, allowing you to redirect incoming calls to another number.
  2. Dialing *97 allows you to access your voicemail box directly.
These codes are customizable (in most cases) and provide a fast, user-friendly way to access system tools without needing to navigate menus.
