What Are Email Logs?
Email Logs provide a searchable, detailed record of all email communications sent through the Qvara platform, such as voicemails, fax notifications, login alerts, or automated system messages.
These logs are helpful for:
Verifying delivery of time-sensitive messages
Troubleshooting failed or bounced emails
Confirming opens and interactions (for supported notifications)
Auditing communication activity across your organization
Accessing and Managing Email Logs
1. From the left pop-out menu, navigate to: "Reports" → "Email Logs"
2. You’ll see a list of all emails sent through the platform under your account(s).
3. Use the available filters at the top to narrow results:
Date Range: View messages within a specific timeframe
Destination Email: Filter by recipient address
4. Log Entry Details - each email log entry contains:
Date/Time: When the email was generated and sent
Destination Email Address: The recipient’s full email
Subject: The subject line of the email
Result: Status such as:
Delivered: Successfully handed off to recipient server
Accepted: Server accepted the message but final delivery unknown
Opened: Recipient opened the email (if tracking is enabled)
Bounced: Delivery failed
Delivery Status Message: Technical response from the recipient server or error message (useful for diagnosing failed delivery)
Tip: If you're troubleshooting missed notifications or emails that weren’t received, check the “Delivery Status Message” for clues such as spam filtering, invalid email addresses, or authentication issues.
